Location: Tadworth Court, Tadworth, Surrey, KT20 5RU

Duration: Ongoing

Time commitment: Minimum 4 hours per week (flexible)

Role purpose: We are looking for a Support Volunteer to assist the small Health & Safety and Environmental Team and the Clinical Database Team to deliver effective, clear and engaging internal communications across the organisation.

What will the role involve?

  • Arranging campaigns to raise awareness on Health & Safety and Environmental issues
  • Writing blogs and posting them on the intranet
  • Manage and keep up to date a Health & Safety and Environmental notice board
  • Developing materials for training and awareness
  • Working closely with the Health & Safety and Environmental Team and the Clinical Database Team in collaboration with members of the Communications Team
  • Providing administrative support
