We are able to offer opportunities in our shops where you can volunteer alongside the shop manager and a team of volunteers to maximise shop sales in a variety of ways, such as providing excellent service to all customers, ensuring that the shop reflects a positive image at all times, helping to keep the shop floor tidy and well presented & replenishing stock ready for the shop floor.


Subject to availability, we are able to offer shifts on a weekly basis, to support the requirement of your DofE.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who is happy to work as part of a team of volunteers providing excellent customer service. You’ll be reliable, trustworthy and committed with a ‘can do’ friendly attitude.

What will the role involve?

  • Drive sales through great customer service
  • Prepare stock, including sorting and pricing
  • Create stylish window displays
  • Replenish stock on the shop floor

We have 19 charity shops across Surrey, Kent and Sussex and our team of dedicated volunteers help run all of them. Volunteer with us in the shops to meet new people, gain new skills and make a difference to the lives of children with brain injury and neurodisability.
