Community Events Volunteer - Citizenship Ceremonies (Indoor)
Join our Citizenship event crew and help Blacktown City Council staff deliver exceptional Australian Citizenship Ceremonies throughout the year.
The volunteer team will be the first to hear about opportunities to assist at Council-managed ceremonies and help create a welcoming and memorable experience for new Australian citizens. Opportunities will be available at ceremonies held throughout the year.
Criteria
- Minimum age is 18 years
- Fluent spoken English
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual.
Roles could include
- Welcome attendees on arrival
- Usher guests and recipients to their seats
- Wayfinding assistance
- Assist at entry and exit points.
