The CREW: Main Stage Backstage Lounge

The JOB:

• Greet visitors to the lounge
• Keep area tidy, wash any dishes, bring clean dishes inside during the nighttime
• Run the coffee bar 9 pm to close
• Keep fire and lights lit at night
• Hosting performers, visitors and answering questions
• Some physical labour may be needed; including set up of furniture; and, take down for storage of furniture.

The MUSTS:

• Outgoing, friendly and welcoming  demeanor

Schedule:

Wednesday: All the volunteers

Set up 3 pm – 6 pm

 

Thursday: 2 volunteers per shift

5 pm – 9 pm

9 pm – 1 am – Leave area spotless

 

Friday: 2 volunteers per shift

11 am – 5 pm

5 pm – 10 pm

10 pm - 2 am

 

Saturday: 2 volunteers per shift

11 am – 5 pm

5 pm – 10 pm

10 pm - 2 am – Leave the area spotless

 

Sunday: Take down all the volunteers 3 pm – 6 pm
