House - Reception/Administration
Work performed within this group relates to a wide range of assignments in the provision of staff support to the internal operations and projects of the organization.
- Set up reception desk each morning – meet with House Coordinator for update on House activities for the day
- Greet and welcome visitors to the House
- Answer phones and take accurate and clear messages
- Refer visitors to appropriate staff or to family
- Ensure Staff sign in/out
- Ensure contractors and visitors to the House sign/out
- Ensure corporate volunteer group members have all signed in and registered their contact details
- Provide laundry tokens and change to families
- Hold car keys securely for cars double parked in car park
- Put up notices and/or deliver notices to rooms
- Receive and manage in kind donations
- Other duties as directed by Office staff throughout the day
- Pack up reception desk each afternoon
