Did you know that the data shows students who parents volunteer at school are likely to get higher grades and score better on standardized test?
Yes... the data is true. You don't have to be able to volunteer during school hours only it also works for those who volunteer in the afternoon and on weekends. Students just work harder when they know their parent/guardian cares enough to volunteer on their behalf.
The goal is for 100% of our parents/guardians to volunteer. Anytime we see a successful scholar here at Summit we have a parent/guardian who is engaged and volunteers.
We love grandparents here too.
