Welcome! We're so you're interested in volunteering with us. Henry Vilas Zoo volunteers are essential for keeping our zoo welcoming, safe and free to our community and beyond. Whether it's welcoming guests, planting perennials, conducting trains or even jumping into a lion costume, volunteering with us is always an adventure. Volunteering with us will help you connect with new people while growing your knowledge of zoos, animals and conservation.
