Opportunity to provide feedback on National Safety & Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards
Good morning,
The commission have released an initial draft of the 3rd edition of the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, and is seeking feedback from Consumers.
The standards aim to protect the public from harm and describe the level of care everyone can expect when accessing health services.
Consumers have the opportunity to provide feedback in different ways (written submission, via survey, online forums, calling the Commission). The easiest is probably by reading the Patient and Consumer Requirements Summary (approximately 27 minutes) and completing the Consumer Survey (20 minutes) but please note there are a variety of ways to contribute as mentioned above.
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
