About Angelwood
Angelwood is a local non-profit that serves children, adults, seniors, and families living with intellectual and developmental differences such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, and Spina Bifida. We provide services such as residential group homes, supported employment at the Angelwood Thrift Store, Art-Based Adult Day Training (ADT), behavior services, Summer Camp, Parent's Night Out, Angelwood Community Explorers, and so many more! Thrift Store Details
📍5711 Bowden Rd Jacksonville, FL 32216
🕒Monday - Saturday; 10 AM - 6 PM
Donation Receiving Area volunteers will assist donors as they enter the store to make donations. Volunteers working in this area will be responsible for ensuring that donors receive a fillable receipt for their donation and helping move donations from the donation-receiving area to the donation-sorting area.
Production Room volunteers will help keep the back room safe and clean for all volunteers and employees, help sort through incoming donations, and bring priced donations to the storefront.
Sorting volunteers will assist with sorting all donated items before they are brought to the store front.
Pricing volunteers will research and price all donated items before they are brought out to the store front.
