Customer Service Assistant Gumeracha
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service to all customers entering the Gumeracha Library and Torrens Valley Community Centre.
- Gumeracha location, 3-6 hours per week (9am - 3pm)
- Recruiting roles for various days.
The role
The Customer Service Assistant provides customer service at the Community Centres, by greeting visitors and answering enquiries. They also assist with administrative tasks that support Community Centre Programs at Torrens Valley Community Centre, customer service assistants also support the Library. This role assists the community to access and enjoy programs and services coordinated by the Community Centres.
About you
You are comfortable in a customer service environment with a warm and friendly manner. Demonstrated administration skills with good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite packages and experience communicating via email. You have the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a broad range of people including the elderly, disabled, disadvantaged, socially isolated and culturally diverse.
