Virtual Reality Experience Facilitator (Gumeracha)
- Assist with the delivery of Virtual Reality sessions to community members, connecting people with this exciting and innovative technology.
- Gumeracha location, approximately 3 hours per month.
The Virtual Reality Experience Facilitator will assist with the delivery of virtual reality sessions, connecting people to this new technology by immersing them in various experiences for learning and entertainment.
You have a passion or interest in virtual reality technology, with skills in using information technology programs such as Windows and Steam. You work well in a team environment and have good IT problem solving skills.
You enjoy working with people and have the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a broad range of people including the elderly, disabled, disadvantaged, socially isolated and culturally diverse.
Working With Children Check required for this role (previously DCSI).
This is a rewarding and exciting role, showcasing emerging virtual reality technology to the community. This role is also a fantastic way to connect and interact with your local community, working with a friendly and supportive team at The Torrens Valley Community Centre.
