Programmatic - Adult Craftivity Leader
Brief Summary of Activity: Ensure planning and leading craft for adults 18+.
How You Will Make a Difference:
To fulfill a need for an adult craft in the Cambrian Community.
The current date and time for the program is the 2nd Thursday of the month from 4:30-6:30 p.m. You will help adults in the Community who have requested a program that is geared only for adults.
Let us know what kind of crafts you have in mind.
Typical Day or Task: Choose a craft each month and make a list of supplies. Pass the list to one of the Librarians at least 2 weeks in advance of your craft.
Sign in and pick up your volunteer lanyard.
We will provide the location and reasonably-priced materials you will need for your program.
You will set up the room for the program, run your program, and reset the room back to its original configuration.
Benefits: The Library community will benefit from you expertise and/or leadership.
In addition, you will have the chance to share an interest that you have with other adults!
Commitment or Schedule: Please be willing to commit to at least six months of volunteership.
Qualifications: Volunteers 18 and over are welcome to apply. You will need to be fingerprinted.
