Hospice Services Experience Volunteer (min age 18)
Help us improve hospice care by listening to the people who matter most.
As a Hospice Services Experience Volunteer, you'll gather feedback from patients, families, and carers about their experiences of Highland Hospice services. By listening carefully and recording their views, you'll help us understand what we're doing well and identify opportunities to improve.
Working alongside our Quality and Engagement Facilitator, you may:
- Speak with patients and families in person or by telephone
- Conduct surveys and feedback conversations
- Record responses accurately and confidentially using written notes or Microsoft Forms
- Support service improvements by sharing feedback findings
This role is ideal for someone who is a good listener, enjoys talking to people, has basic computer skills, and is passionate about helping us provide the best possible care and support across the Highlands.
