Park Ranger District - Shoreline Parks

Environmental volunteers help keep City of San Diego open spaces and facilities clean, beautiful and welcoming. Volunteers assist with projects such as litter -abatement, spreading of mulch, removing overgrown brush, non-native plant removal, and indoor beautification. 

Volunteers assist City staff, and other volunteers with programs for youth and adults. Program assistants interact, demonstrate, help with projects and activities. They also assist with set-up and clean-up. 

Support volunteers assist City staff behind the scenes with administrative tasks.
