NVADG Work Party - NVADG - 05-19-2026 Work Party at the Large Animal Shelter
NVADG Needs your help! We are looking for as many volunteers as possible to help clean up our Large Animal Shelter. The primary focus of the work will be around de-weeding and brush clearance. We would love your help for as much or as little time as you are able to pitch in (even if it’s only for an hour). Any time you can spare helping us prep our Large Animal Shelter makes a huge difference!
Please be sure to sign up through Volunteer Impact so we know how many people plan to attend.

Dates: Tuesday, May 19th
Start time: 0800
Approx End Time: 1300 (will vary based on how many volunteers come to help)
Location: Camelot Equestrian Park/ NVADG Large Animal Shelter ,1985 Clark Road, (Butte Valley) Oroville.
NVADG does not have a lot of our own equipment, so if you are able to bring any of the
following equipment.
Equipment needed:
• Weed eaters
• Lawn mower
• Large mowers
Please remember your safety comes first. Here are a few items we recommend you bring day-of:
• Work gloves
• Water/Snacks (lunch is not provided)
• Sunscreen
• Hat
