Live Oak County Park - Tree Maintenance Day at Rainbow County Park
Looking for a way to get outside and improve your community? Join us for a Tree Maintenance Day at Rainbow County Park!
Service Day Details:
This all-ages event is perfect for families, friends, and community groups. Under the guidance of our knowledgeable Park Rangers and Department of Parks and Recreation staff, you’ll learn proper tree care techniques—no experience necessary! Once trained, you'll get hands-on experience by mulching, weed pulling, and laying woodchips.

- Rainbow County Park, 5157 5th St., Fallbrook, CA 92028
- Saturday, March 21st
- 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Volunteer Details:
- All ages welcome; children must be supervised by an adult.
- Instruction and tools provided.
- Parking is available in the main parking lot upon arrival, as well as on the main road leading to the park (there is no parking fee).
What to Bring:
- Work gloves (some will be provided)
- Hat & sunscreen
- Water bottle & snacks
- Long pants & sturdy, closed-toed shoes
