As a Consumer Advisor you bring a different perspective by providing a patient, carer and community view in decision making, service improvement and planning.

Areas where consumers often help us include:

  • Developing and reviewing patient information
  • Sharing stories and collecting patient feedback
  • Partnering with staff on committees or short-term project work groups related to quality, safety, research and patient experience.
  • Reviewing and developing training and education
