Reporting to the Customer Services & Operations Manager, the Admission Pass Volunteer will also work closely with the Customer Service Reps at the Fieldhouse Reception Desk.

This position would appeal to someone who thrives on client-first service and working with people of all ages and abilities.

• Greet visitors to ascertain their purpose in the Fieldhouse
• If they are a Fitness Centre Pass Holder using the Fieldhouse Track ask to see their FOB and then allow them to enter
• If the person is a spectator there to watch a game, ask for the $2.00 Admission fee (players, team staff, event organizers, vendors and children 10 and under are FREE) then stamp their hand and they can proceed into Fieldhouse court area.  There will be a cash box to use to collect these fees.
• If you get any pushback,  have the spectator talk to a CSR Staff as they will be able to supply the reasons for this charge i.e. with these large tournament events, this nominal charge is to help offset the extra cleaning to facility, parking issues, and damage caused by large crowds.
• Customer Service Reps. will count and deposit these funds every day, leaving the $20 float for the next day. They are to keep these funds separate for statistical purposes.
