Seeking Volunteer Customer Service Reps (VCSR)!

Reporting to the Fieldhouse Customer Service Desk, the VCSR  will work closely with the Customer Service Reps at the Fieldhouse Reception Desk, but you will be stationed at the Office next to the Sportsplex Entrance.

This position would appeal to someone who thrives on client-first service and working with people of all ages and abilities.  This position would require the volunteer to be physically fit as walking and climbing stairs will be part of the role as well as some lifting may be required.

The VCSR Assistant will also assist the Facility Attendant when needed.   

This position would also be responsible for checking in skaters who have signed up for Public Skating or Stick and Puck. (skating not required)
