Volunteer Customer Service Ambassador

Seeking Volunteer Customer Service Ambassadors!

Reporting to the Customer Services & Operations Manager, the Volunteer Customer Service Ambassador will also work closely with the Customer Service Reps at the Fieldhouse Reception Desk.

This position would appeal to someone who thrives on client-first service and working with people of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

 

  • Greet visitors to ascertain their purpose in the facility
  • Share with visitors “what’s happening” at Dakota CC from the provided information
  • Direct visitors to their rental spaces or let them know they can visit Staff at the Fieldhouse Reception Desk if they have further questions
  • Ensure there are copies of all the proper handouts in the racks outside Volunteer Office
  • Liaise with groups/departments and resolve issues that may arise with the assistance of Maintenance or Fieldhouse Customer Service Reps 
  • Distribute ERIK (Emergency Response Information Kits) to those asking for same
