Responsibilities |
- Attend the Fieldhouse Reception desk and check off beside your name on the Volunteer Schedule
- Head over to the Volunteer Office and pick up the Games Club Box (Sample games: Crib, Cards, Uno, Pictionary, Scattergories, Scrabble, Jenga)
- Please wear your vest to identify yourselves
- Welcome those patrons coming to play. Write their name down on the list, and record their email or phone number. Also write their name down on a name label so other players will learn people's names.
- Set up players at the tables furthest from the canteen - leaving the first row for those who might want to eat there.
- If there is a lot of people, might need to have the Facility Attendant bring in a table and chairs. Use the radio in the Volunteer Office to radio the Facility Attendant.
- The Canteen should be open at some stage so the players could grab a coffee or other refreshment if they wish.
- Please join in on the play and have FUN!!
