Cahoots Kids Winter Camp – Volunteer Opportunity
Come and be part of the fun at the Cahoots Kids July school holiday camp. This camp is designed for children aged 5 to 11 living with disabilities, giving them the chance to play, explore, and try new activities in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
The camp runs from 8:00 am Tuesday 7 July to 4:00 pm Friday 10 July. Volunteers are fully supported with meals, accommodation, transport, and access to all activities, so you can focus on helping create a great experience for the kids.
What the camp looks like:
Across four fun filled days, children will enjoy a range of themed and camp style activities. This may include arts and crafts, outdoor games, team challenges and group activities. Each day is designed to encourage creativity, build confidence, and create opportunities for new friendships.
Your role as a Camp Leader:
As a volunteer, you will be paired with 1 to 2 children for the camp. You will support them as they take part in activities, encourage them to make friends, and help them feel confident to try new things. It is about sharing in their excitement, being patient and supportive, and helping them create memories they will never forget.
