1. Weekend Programs - Morning Social Rec Program Bayswater

Saturday Social Recreation Program

The Cahoots Social Recreation Program offers a range of fun and engaging activities for all-ability participants aged 5 to 17 years. Operating in Bayswater, the program provides opportunities for participants to build confidence, develop friendships, learn new skills, and actively engage with their community in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Social Recreation Program is all about having fun, trying new experiences, being active, and creating meaningful social connections while participating in a variety of recreational and leisure-based activities.

How it Works

The Cahoots Social Recreation Program supports young people to participate in a range of community, recreational, and leisure activities designed to promote social connection, confidence, independence, and personal growth.

Each session operates with small participant groups and is supported by a dedicated team of Cahoots staff, facilitators, and volunteers. Programs generally run on Saturdays during the school term, with volunteers advised of shift times and activity locations prior to each session.

Water refill station, transport (from meeting location), and access to all activities are provided for both participants and volunteers.
