Administration - Watercraft Inspector Training
Join our Invasive Species team on Tuesday, May 12th from 5:30pm-7:00pm at the Wild Rivers Conservancy office (1015 N Cascade St in Osceola, WI 54020) to become a Watercraft Inspector volunteer. Volunteers in this role work alongside Wild Rivers Conservancy staff and interns to help conduct visual inspections and educate the public on preventing the spread of invasive species. Volunteers can share information and brochures with watercraft users, and share tips for cleaning and draining their watercraft.
Shifts are generally 6 hours in length (with flexibility for shorter duration), and are available at two locations:
- Monday-Thursday at Lakefront Park in Hudson, WI
- Friday-Sunday at Lions Park in St. Croix Falls, WI
Volunteers are asked to contribute at least 12 hours per month. Please reach out to Maria at myoung@wildriversconservancy.org with any questions.
