Open Rehearsal Support
Taking place on selected Friday mornings, this role helps represent the Calgary Phil with patrons, help manage and direct line-ups of senior groups and individuals entering the lobby. Welcome patrons, assist with directions, hand out/restock concert Prelude magazines, and promote upcoming events and volunteer opportunities. Answering questions about how patrons can make donations to the Calgary Phil.
As with Education Concert Support, this role also manages student traffic from bus drop off on 8th Avenue into the Jack Singer Concert Hall – including communicating bus numbers to teachers, directing students to the concert hall lobby, holding doors and any other duties as assigned day of. Must be comfortable interacting with students and teachers, walking on outdoor stairs and being outdoors in weather.
