Volunteer Responsibilities:
As an integral part of the Admitting team, volunteers will:
- Greet patients and visitors as they arrive.
- Assist visitors with the parking meter located in the lobby.
- Ask all patients and visitors if they require assistance to find the area they are visiting.
- Visit with patients in waiting area.
- Ensure masks are stocked and available for all patients/visitors/staff/volunteers
- Escort patients to Clinics
- Help patients with the Wayfinding App
- Help patients with the Queue Management System
- Porter Patients from the Outpatient Department to MIC
