Emergency Room Greeter
General Description:
The Emergency Department Volunteer is a qualified adult volunteer who has been trained to serve as a support person between patients/families/friends, and staff in the Emergency Department. The volunteer’s primary role is to ease/facilitate the movement of patients through the front entrance and waiting room.
