Youth Volunteer Programs - Tuesday Evenings/Saturday Daytime Shifts

Volunteering as a young person has many benefits for both volunteers and patients. Having youth and vitality in our facilities brings such joy to our both patients and staff.

Our young volunteers, through interacting with patients, families, and staff, learn valuable skills that will assist them in many aspects of their lives. As a Youth volunteer, you gain important communication skills and experience working in a health care setting. Some of the activities may include, sitting with patients and keeping them company, walking with patients, and participating in recreation activities. If you are a student age 16 years and older, who is interested in health care and spending time with patients and public then one of our Youth Volunteer Programs could be the right fit for you.
