2. Education / Outreach / Event Support Volunteers - Outdoor Events Support Assistants

Main Activity

We are looking for people to help provide support at our public events such as our Big Adventure Days, Family Days Out and Dark Skies events. We regularly get between 200-500 people attending these events and need a willing band of volunteer support assistants to help out with a variety of tasks. These can range from car park stewarding, helping with refreshments, directing people towards activities but generally you’re there to help ensure the public have a fun, hassle-free experience. We also run a series of fun and educational activities for people to take part in throughout the day and always welcome willing volunteers to help assist with these activities.
