Make Thanksgiving Warm for Seniors in Our Community!

We are seeking compassionate volunteer delivery drivers to transport holiday feasts to our older neighbors in need this Thanksgiving. Join us in spreading joy and ensuring that seniors in our community enjoy a festive meal!

What you'll do:

• Using your own vehicle, you'll deliver warm holiday meals to seniors
• All drivers will check in at the Kroc Center, 2825 Y St, Omaha, NE
• Come inside to collect your meals and grab some hot chocolate for the road. 
• You'll choose the number of meals you'd like to deliver and your preference of a north or south route.

What to know:

• Drivers must be age 18 or older. Younger helpers are welcome to accompany you in the car.
• Proof of insurance must be presented at check-in
• Sign-up is per vehicle; you do not need to register additional passengers.
• Make sure to have a basket, box, or other container to keep meals secure during transport.
• Length of time dependent on number of meals chosen to deliver.

Additional Information: Drivers will be asked to review our Safe From Harm policy and Turkeyfest FAQ's. Drivers who provide their email address will also receive a reminder email the week before Thanksgiving.
