In this rewarding volunteer role, you’ll be the friendly face that greets visitors, gives engaging tours, and supports our adoption process—playing a vital role in uniting pets with their future families.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests as they enter the adoption center

• Provide informative and engaging tours of the facility

• Introduce guests to adoptable animals and share their stories

• Assist the Adoption Team with adoption applications and paperwork

• Answer general questions about animals, adoption procedures, and policies

• Help ensure the front desk and public areas remain clean and inviting

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with the public

• Passionate about animal welfare and customer service

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow procedures

• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Must be at least 16 years old 

Shift Availability

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
