We provide a supportive, welcoming and friendly environment to volunteer. Our volunteering roles provide critical support to community members needing help by providing information, referrals, and support services. Our volunteer roles include:
- Delivering emergency relief
- Tax help
- Delivering food parcels, and
- Administrative support

Community Support Worker

Community Support Workers provide:
• Crisis intervention
• Holistic assessments
• Information, referrals and advocacy
• Support, including a supportive and listening ear, Emergency Relief (e.g. fresh food or food parcels, vouchers or gift cards, transport and pharmacy assistance, or other forms of financial assistance) and practical support like form-filling.

Volunteer Delivery Driver

Do you have a genuine interest in supporting disadvantaged people in the community. This may be the volunteer role for you! We are seeking volunteer drivers to pick up our Foodbank order from Altona and bring it back to our office in Coburg. Essential, a car which is comprehensively insured, a current drivers licence, and able to lift up to 10kg. If this sounds like you, please click the application form link.
