This platform provides employees of the Lufthansa Group with the means to engage in meaningful volunteer projects, making a positive impact in your local communities.
To ensure long-term sustainability and a unified representation of corporate responsibility, we joined forces with "help alliance" and became the first official sub-organization of help alliance worldwide. As the aid organization of the Lufthansa Group and its employees, help alliance forms the central pillar of our activities in the realm of social responsibility. To ensure active participation from all employees, help alliance Americas operates on an employee-driven model, where projects are nominated by employees themselves. Our aim is to assist people in our local communities, emphasizing the importance of direct involvement and not solely relying on monetary contributions.
We are excited to share the latest news about our ongoing projects. If you are a Lufthansa Group employee, we invite you to join us in these incredible endeavors. By signing up or logging into your Better Impact account, you will gain access to detailed information about our current activities.
We appreciate your continued support and encourage you to visit and follow our LinkedIn page for further information on our past and current activities.

"Hope Landing" is an initiative by Lufthansa Technik Component Services in collaboration with Hydrants of Hope. Our mission is to allow kids battling with cancer to escape their everyday medical routines and bring them joy. E.g. By recreating a travel experience from going through airport security to being up the air.
Together with BizJet and LTNA, we have partnered with Broken Arrow Neighbors (BAN), an organization that provides basic needs emergency assistance to financially disadvantaged people.
This partnership will support their new “Jump Start” Program, which offers mentorship to overcome obstacles and find gainful employment.
We will be collecting business clothes to donate to the organization to provide professional interview clothes for these people in need.
If you have any business clothes hanging in your closet that only fit pre-COVID, or that you just no longer wear, you can drop off them to our admins in the office!
This will be an ongoing donation, so there are no deadlines.
