Meals on Wheels is a vital Home Care service that helps individuals remain independent in their own homes. Volunteers deliver hot, nutritious meals right to clients’ doors, along with a friendly smile that brightens their day.

By joining our Meals on Wheels team, you’ll provide so much more than food—you’ll bring comfort and connection to those who need it most.

Meals on Wheels are delivered Monday through Friday within Nokomis.  Pickup time is 12:20 a.m. at the Nokomis Health Center.
