(SE1) Humboldt, Watrous, Lanigan, Nokomis, Strasbourg, Watson and area

Horticulture volunteer in the Heritage Garden. Duties include weeding, watering, clean up of dead foliage and trash, filling and cleaning of bird feeders, fertilizing, spring ground prep, fall clean up, digging, plant care (pruning, dividing, replanting).

Days and times vary - Monday - Sunday, morning, afternoon, evening.

Volunteer hours dependent on weather and garden needs. Each session is approximately 1-2 hours, but gardeners work to their own capability.

Volunteers will sign in upon arrival to the garden. Guidance and direction will be provided at each volunteer session.

Volunteers will bring own water bottles, gloves and gardening tools.
