(SE1) Humboldt, Watrous, Lanigan, Nokomis, Strasbourg, Watson and area

This volunteer opportunity is open to young people aged 15 and older as of December 31 of the current year.   Students accepted into the program will:

• make new friends
• gain career experience (for  your resume)
• build leadership skills
• share talents
• make a difference in the lives of others 

This program provides youth the opportunity to work in, and learn more about the many aspects of the Health Care; and to experience personal growth through the caring for patients and interaction with staff.  The addition of volunteer contributions on a resume when applying for employment or post-secondary education is a valuable asset, as it demonstrates initiative and community involvement.

Volunteen Program runs from October to May, following school calendar and is a commitment of 3 hours per week minimum.
