INFORMATION AND ENGAGEMENT TEAM
The Information and Engagement Team are the folks who have the knowledge and enthusiasm to help make patrons’ Fringe experience awesome! They work at information booths or online, the Community Patio, or as roamers walking around the Festival site to proactively engage with patrons to answer questions and provide tips on how to make the most of the Fringe. They are always ready to offer a friendly face and a warm welcome to patrons.
The team offers both on-site and virtual roles. On-site volunteers support fringers on the Festival grounds, while virtual volunteers work from their own home and respond to patron inquiries received through the online live-chat program. Volunteers can sign up for on-site shifts, virtual shifts, or a combination of both!
