Clinical Support - Lab Greeter
This volunteer role assists health care clinics to run smoothly. Tasks vary by clinic and may include:
- Welcoming patients to the clinic
- Assisting patients prior to treatment and/or examination to aide in reducing anxiety
- Provide direction or escort patients between areas
- Acting as a communication liaison between patients and staff
- Assembling files and packages
- Stocking supplies
- Tidying wait areas/clean and sanitize wheelchairs according to current PPE guides.
- Assisting clinic staff with other tasks related to patient care and comfort.
