Volunteer Opportunity: Help Us Prepare for Office Renovations!

Dallas Hope Charities needs your help! We are preparing for exciting office renovations and need assistance with inventory management, packing, and moving items to our new storage location. This is a great opportunity to support our mission and ensure we continue to provide vital services to the LGBTQIA+ community.

Volunteer Tasks
1. Inventory Management
   - Count and label items in our office and storage unit.
   - Update our inventory software with the latest information.

2. Packing
   - Carefully pack items from our office, ensuring they are labeled for easy unpacking.

3. Moving Items Groups Encouraged
   - Help transport items from our office and current storage unit to our new storage location.
   - Assist in organizing the new storage space for easy access.

Dates and Times
Various shifts are available between 9 AM - 5 PM. We are flexible and appreciate any time you can give.
Inventory Management: Monday, July 1 & Wednesday, July 3 
Packing: July 1 - July 5 
Moving: July 6
New Storage Organization: July 8 - July 11

Location: DHC Office and Storage Locations
All locations are located south of Dallas Love Field within a 5mi radius. Specific addresses will be provided upon signing up.
