Time: Volunteer Check-In 2:30pm, Shift 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Please arrive prior to your designated shift to have time for check-in and setup instructions.
Location: Topgolf Dallas, 8787 Park Ln, Dallas, TX 75231
Description: Assist with a presence at the auction table. They should have a basic knowledge of what the items are, and be available to answer questions from guests.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of auction items. Will be provided prior to event, for reference.
- Comfortable interacting with people.
- Able to stand/walk for extended lengths of time.
Dress Code: blue DHC t-shirt (provided if you have not already received), comfortable clothing, closed-toed shoes

Volunteer group representatives have the opportunity to reserve multiple slots per shift, however, we encourage having your group members register individually for a proper account of volunteer attendees and time-tracking capabilities.

- Hope Dealer Handbook Must be I have read and ACCEPT all terms & condition within the Hope Dealer Handbook.
- Introduction to Unconscious Bias Must be Completed
- LGBTQ in the Workplace: Gender Identity vs. Sexual Orientation Must be Completed
- Respect Ethnic & Racial Differences Must be Completed
