Meals of Hope Program - Meals Of Hope (Oak Lawn)

If this is your first time volunteering or you have decided to return for a one day event. Please ensure that you have completed your Civil Rights training and informed the Program Coordinator Brandon Lopez at blopez@dallashopecharities.org of your incoming arrival to confirm your day as each individual event is planned around the number of each volunteer(s).

Every Tuesday, volunteers prepare a meal for those who might otherwise go without. At this same event, the Dallas Hope Charities’ food pantry donates up to 100 bags of groceries. This position requires the completion of Civil Rights training. A valid food handler’s certificate is required if you would like to help prepare or cook food.
