Abounding Prosperity Black HIV Awareness Day

Dallas Hope Charities has been invited to assist with Abounding Prosperity's Black HIV Awareness Day event. This block party style event will equip community members with health and wellness resources and will feature performers, flu vaccines, STI testing, raffles, and more.

We are seeking at least 1 volunteer to assist with this event. Responsibilities include: setup and cleanup, helping to share information about DHC, tracking engagement, taking photos, and completing any other additional tasks assigned. 

(We are also looking for a speaker for this event. If you or someone you know is HIV+ and comfortable sharing their story, please contact us for more information. MUST be comfortable with public speaking!)

Event Details:
Date: Tuesday, Feb 7th 
Time: 1-4pm (arrive by 12PM for setup, cleanup should be finished by 4:30PM)
Location: Abounding Prosperity Parking Lot (1705 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd)
