Tabling Events - Joy Oladokun Concert Tabling
An opportunity for DHC to table at a concert venue, The Studio at The Factory, invited by The Ally Coalition. Assistance is needed with tabling set up, clean up, and providing information about Dallas Hope Charities.

Time: 6:30 PM (Check-in) - 8:00 PM (Tabling runs until main act takes the stage)
Location: The Studio at The Factory 2727 Canton Street, Dallas, TX 75226
Volunteers should check in at the entrance for credentials upon arrival.
Parking: Check Out Parkopedia to find the nearest parking in Deep Ellum available and prices for concert date. Pricing and availability subject to change.Parking is available near the venue, but spaces may be limited. Consider carpooling or using rideshare services for convenience.
Details:
You will be representing Dallas Hope Charities at the concert, engaging with attendees to share information about our mission, programs, and volunteer opportunities. Volunteers will help set up and decorate the table (supplies provided) and interact with concertgoers during the tabling period. After Joy Oladokun takes the stage, volunteers are welcome to enjoy the concert.

Additional Info:
Please arrive promptly at 6:30 PM to check in and set up. Volunteers will finish once the tabling ends at 8:00 PM.
Dress Code:
Blue Hope Dealer t-shirt will be provided for those that don't already have one. Please wear comfortable, professional, and event-appropriate attire with close-toed shoes.
Log Hours:
You will be asked by your volunteer lead(s) to check in and check out via our Timeclock feature HERE.
You can use your username OR your personal QR code. Please note that when scanning the QR code, you must first open the time clock via Safari to scan the QR code for check-in and out.
Cancelations:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled volunteer shift, please notify either of the volunteer leads as soon as possible.

- Hope Dealer Handbook Must be I have read and ACCEPT all terms & condition within the Hope Dealer Handbook.
- LGBTQ in the Workplace: Gender Identity vs. Sexual Orientation Must be Completed
- Introduction to Unconscious Bias Must be Completed
- Address Your Unconscious Biases Must be Completed
- Respect Ethnic & Racial Differences Must be Completed
