Black Tie Dinner - 7/21 Summer Social

Estimated Needs:
LOAD-IN: Set up tables, chairs, pop-up stands, step & repeat, etc.
CHECK-IN: work the check-in table, welcome guests, answer questions (Note: Volunteers assigned to check-in will need a smartphone to be able to access the application to check in all attendees of this event)
RUNNERS/CLEAN-UP: Keep tables clean and trash picked up, and overall assist on an as-needed basis. Additionally, the second shift Runners will assist with the final tear down/clean-up at the conclusion of the event. 

We encourage volunteers to sign up in advance to be the first to know when additional details become available.

Qualifications Required

  • Civil Rights Training (Please Read Description, Test needed!) Must be Completed
  • Volunteer Handbook Must be Read & Sign off as completed.
