Garden Guides
VanDusen Garden Guides invite visitors to explore and learn more about the Garden and the amazing world of plants. By offering dynamic guided walking or cart tours and acting as information resources, Guides help visitors connect with VanDusen’s beautiful 55-acre garden.
Docents
Docents act as ambassadors to the Bloedel Conservatory and enhance visitors’ knowledge of plants and birds that live within the Conservatory through dynamic and interactive experiences with visitors.
Discovery Station
Discovery Station Volunteers engage and interact with visitors to VanDusen Botanical Garden and Bloedel through short educational activities and conversations. Stationed in the Garden and or Conservatory, they act as ambassadors and foster curiosity, connection and enjoyment of the natural world for visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
