Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania is looking for caring individuals to fill leader rolls in order to provide the leadership experience to all girls grades K-12. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: . Sharing your knowledge, experience, and skills with a positive and flexible approach. . Organize fun, interactive, girl-led activities that address relevant issues and match girls' interests. . Work in partnership with girls so that their activities are girl-led, allow them to learn by doing, and allow for cooperative (group) learning. . Complete and process registration forms and other paperwork, such as permission slips and financial reports. . Oversee any funds the girls raise with honesty, integrity, and careful record-keeping. . Maintain a close connection to your volunteer support team. . Provide guidance and information regarding Girl Scout group meetings and troop activities with girls' parents or guardians.
