YWCA - Rise & Shine Girls Mentoring
Volunteers needed throughout the year to volunteer once or many times for the YW's Rise & Shine Girls Mentoring Program. The program meets once a week with different scheduled events. We are looking for volunteers for the following:
- swim night chaperones
- craft night volunteers
- craft leaders
- activity leaders
- volunteer opportunity/activity leaders
- meeting night mentors
- meeting night food providers
If you have a skill or craft you would like to teach the girls during our hour sessions we would love to have you. The program is for girls ages 12 - 19. Background clearances are needed to volunteer, the YW will pay for the clearance processing if you are interested.
