JAHA - Museum Volunteers
The Johnstown Area Heritage Association (JAHA) needs volunteers for the following museums:
- johnstown flood museum
- heritage discovery center
- the childrens' museum.
We need docents at the flood museum to interact with the tours that are scheduled(schools and bus tours) explaining the history of the 3 floods and the history of Johnstown. This would be one day a week.
Docents are also needed for the heritage immigrant museum(explaining immigration) based on our education program for schools(scheduled school tours.)
Finally we need volunteeers for the childrens museum to help daily with visitors,and school tours.
