YIRRAMBOI means tomorrow in the shared languages of the Boon Wurrung and Woi Wurrung peoples of the Kulin Nations (Melbourne, Australia).

YIRRAMBOI Festival is Australia’s premier First Nations arts and cultural festival. Every two years, the Festival will fill the city of Melbourne with an exciting program of free and low-cost events across music, dance, theatre, film, exhibitions, markets, fashion parades, family-friendly events, talks and symposiums.

From Thursday 6 May to Sunday 16 May 2021 YIRRAMBOI Festival invites you to take part in Melbourne’s premier biennial First Peoples festival, celebrating four thousand generations of continuous cultural practice. We are incredibly proud of our history and passionate about sharing our dynamic living cultures.

Volunteer roles for YIRRAMBOI festival include:

  • Meet and Greet (Front of House)
  • Event Assistant (Back of House)
