Why do you get up in the morning? Be that vital reason for someone by making a difference in the lives of extraordinary people with developmental disabilities. Our organization is seeking an activities leader to expose our residents to new, exciting pastimes, such as playing video games, leading a craft workshop, conduct “beauty days” or learning how to play a new sport.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys planning activities for groups of people.
• Has the patience and creativity to interact with different types of learners.
• Wants to work with people who have developmental disabilities.
• Is available to work with our team at least four hours a month.
• Has reliable transportation.

To protect the identities of our residents, a background check is required prior to volunteering with us.
