Why do you get up in the morning? Be that vital reason for someone by making a difference in the lives of extraordinary people with developmental disabilities. Our organization is seeking a phone pal to chat with a few of our residents on a weekly basis about their days and their interests.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys talking to new people.
• Has the patience and creativity to teach in new, exciting ways.
• Can speak on the phone with at least two of our residents 10-15 minutes a week.
• Wants to work with people who have developmental disabilities.

To protect the identities of our residents, a background check is required prior to volunteering with us. Additionally, phone pals will need to complete a short training program before interacting with our residents.
